Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a tour with Dream Tours Lefkada ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a tour, activity, or service through our website or directly with us, you ("the customer," "you," "guest") agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Bookings

1.1 All bookings must be made through our website (lefkadatours.com), by email, or by phone, and are subject to availability.

1.2 A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (email with booking system confirmation) from Dream Tours Lefkada.

1.3 Full payment has to be made upon arrival.

1.4 It is your responsibility to check that all details on your booking confirmation (date, time, number of participants, tour type) are correct. Please notify us immediately of any errors.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

2.2 No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time, including no-shows.

2.3 If Dream Tours Lefkada cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns or any other reason on our part, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

2.4 Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance will be accommodated subject to availability, at no extra charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation under clause 2.2, at our discretion.

2.5 EU/EEA residents booking as consumers may have additional statutory rights under EU distance-selling and consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy is intended to override any non-waivable statutory right you may hold. [Note: tourism/leisure services with a specific performance date are typically exempt from the standard EU 14-day "cooling-off" withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(l) — confirm this exemption applies to your specific service structure with a legal advisor.]

3. Age & Health Requirements

3.1 Participants must be at least 13 years old and not above 70 years old to join the e-bike tours.

3.2 Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or have written parental/guardian consent, as applicable to the minimum age set in 3.1.

3.3 Participants must be in reasonably good physical health and free from any medical condition that could be aggravated by moderate physical activity, including cycling on uneven or hilly terrain. If you have any pre-existing medical condition, heart condition, mobility issue, pregnancy, or injury, please inform us before booking so we can advise on suitability.

3.4 We reserve the right to refuse participation, without refund, to any guest who appears unfit, intoxicated, or otherwise unable to safely participate at the time of the tour.

3.5 Participants must be able to ride a standard bicycle. No prior e-bike experience is required, but basic cycling competency is expected.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability

4.1 E-bike tours, hiking tours, and other outdoor activities offered by Dream Tours Lefkada involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, uneven terrain, weather conditions, and physical exertion.

4.2 By participating, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

4.3 Dream Tours Lefkada, its guides, and staff will take reasonable care to ensure your safety, including providing safety briefings, appropriate equipment, and qualified local guides. However, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by our proven negligence or that of our staff, to the extent permitted by Greek and EU law.

4.4 You are responsible for your own personal belongings during the tour. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

4.5 We strongly recommend that all guests hold valid travel and personal accident/medical insurance covering outdoor and adventure activities for the duration of their trip.

4.6 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Greek or EU law.

5. Equipment & Safety Rules

5.1 All e-bikes, helmets, and safety equipment provided by Dream Tours Lefkada are inspected and maintained regularly.

5.2 Guests must wear the provided helmet and gloves at all times during the tour and follow the instructions of their guide.

5.3 Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow guide instructions, and may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

5.4 We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour, without refund, if their behaviour endangers themselves, other guests, or staff.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

6.1 In the event of severe weather, natural disaster, government restriction, strike, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a tour for safety reasons.

6.2 In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund, at the guest's preference, as outlined in clause 2.3.

7. Photography & Media

7.1 Photos and videos may be taken by our guide during the tour for your own use and, unless you opt out at the time of booking or on the day of the tour, for use in our marketing materials, website, and social media channels.

7.2 If you do not wish to be photographed or featured in our marketing materials, please inform your guide before the tour begins.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Some services featured on our website (e.g., transfers, accommodation, partner tours) may be provided by third-party operators. Dream Tours Lefkada is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of independent third parties, though we take care to work only with reputable local partners.

9. Pricing & Payment

9.1 All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of the services described in the tour listing, unless stated otherwise.

9.2 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website. If a pricing error is identified after your booking is confirmed, we will contact you before processing payment.

9.3 Gratuities for guides are not included in the tour price and are at your discretion.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms or your booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence under EU law.

11. Changes to These Terms

11.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
