Terms and Conditions
Upon completion of the reservation by paying via credit card, you will receive a confirmation email with full details of your tour or transfer automatically.
Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations made later than the period of time, mentioned in cancellation policy for each tour from the date and starting time of the actual tour, will be non-refundable.

Any cancellations made by our side in the case of technical issues, misfunction (physical or non-physical reason) from our side will be refundable 100%.

Any amendments that you wish to do on the dates could only take place according to availability and after contacting us at least 3 weeks before the tour. Otherwise, any date amendment of this tour cannot be guaranteed.

Notice of cancellation & acknowledgement of receipt can only be received via email or phone.
Passengers:
Please note that it's your responsibility to inform us regarding the precise variety of passengers because of the actual fact that we are not able to cross-check this information.
Please mind this fastidiously once booking and contacting us. All private tours (car and boat) capacity is mentioned for a regular body type, due to the certain capacity of the vehicle. For your better convenience please consider the above before you proceed to book.
For the seamless and smooth run of the service, all our guests are kindly requested to start getting ready 30 minutes earlier than the pickup time, and 30 minutes earlier than the drop off time.
Note that the driver will wait 15 minutes (complimentary waiting time) after the programmed time of train or bus arrival. In that case, after this period the driver will leave.
Keep in mind that the driver might refuse to complete your journey with 0 refund of your payment if there's a divergence between the knowledge you have given us and therefore the truth.
Children:
Due to Greek law, everyone seems to be counted as a rider either a baby or associate degree adult.
Some tours have restrictions in accepting the kids of a certain age (and below) due to the specific theme of activity or safety requirements.
It is your responsibility filling the correct cells at the booking procedure, to allow us to understand the precise age of your kid.
Behavior:
Alcohol consumption, drug use, and smoking within the vehicle are prohibited by law. By non-smoking policy, we also extinguish the potential of a wildfire burst in the forest.
Food and snacks don't seem to be allowable within the vehicle (only water consumption is allowed within the vehicle).
The consumer assumes full money liability for any injury to the vehicle caused throughout the period of the rental by them or any members of their party.
Lost & Found:
The company isn't answerable for articles left within the vehicle. Just in case that one thing left within the vehicle the driver follows the company’s procedure. He informs the support center and sends a photograph of the forgotten things. The support center can contact you to rearrange how to receive them back.
Force Majeure:
We will do our utmost to abide by the terms of the reservation the vehicle and/or itinerary might amendment because of reasons on the far side our management. You may be absolutely knowledgeable on the explanations and alternatives are going to be offered. At no time can compensation be paid or requested from this Company or its associates.

Transportation vehicles regularly sanitized.
