This 1800AD chateau, is recently refurbished, it has a two space parking, wifi, TV, 2 double beds, 1 extra double sofa bed, new kitchen appliances and fridge and an espresso machine. The whole apartment is located at the old wine/oil cellar, and for that reason, it keeps a cool temperature during the summer. 

This wonderful rental is a stonehouse and it is very cool during the summer.

The apartment used to be the old cellar of the house, used for storing the house-made olive oil and the house-made wine. Due to its nature, it has a stable temperature over the year, making it cool over the summer and warm during the winter.
