Where in Greece is Lefkada?
Lefkada, also called Lefkas, is located in the Ionian Sea. It is one of the seven Ionian islands along with Corfu, Kefalonia, and Zante located right off the west coast of the Greek mainland, Lefkada is located right opposite Preveza.
Lefkada island is 335.8 km², it is something like 25 km in length with a good road network connecting every single place and village of the island.

The museum has a great collection of his poems, beloved clothes, and other belongings. The project was funded by the National Bank of Greece.
